Led by Executive Chef Jason Beliveau, Nami's Chef's Counter offers an intimate and immersive 18-course tasting experience that blends refined technique with Japanese-inspired cuisine. Thoughtfully curated and seasonally driven, each course is designed to build in flavor, creativity, and precision throughout the evening. ​

Seated at a communal counter, guests are guided through the experience by Chef Jason himself, who shares the inspiration, ingredients, and stories behind each dish as the menu unfolds. Curated wine and sake pairings further elevate the journey, creating a dynamic and deeply personal dining experience centered on craftsmanship, connection, and discovery.

Throughout the year, Nami also welcomes renowned culinary talent for chef collaboration takeovers, brining fresh perspectives and inspired flavors to the Chef's Counter experience.
