A collective concept created by an exceptional lineup of culinary talent, the team at Nami includes Michelin Star/Culinary Director Freddy Money, who also oversees Atlas and The Garden Room in the St. Regis Atlanta, and daily operations led by Executive Chef Jason Beliveau.

Chef Freddy Money brings a rich culinary background and a passion for innovative presentation, creating dining experiences that tell a story through ingredients, origin, and texture. Trained in world-class kitchens, including the Alain Ducasse Group, he went on to lead Nami with signature style and creativity. Today, as Culinary Director for the Michelin-starred Atlas and The Garden Room at The St. Regis Atlanta, as well as the Michelin-recommended Nami in Lake Nona, Freddy continues to shape Tavistock Group’s hospitality projects with imagination, precision, and passion.
